Interrupt Handler - TIS-100

Here is my solution for Interrupt Handler in TIS-100 (318/9/47):

This one is fairly straight forward to understand. The code in the top nodes is all the same with the exception of the signal "id" {1, 2, 3, 4}. We basically check if we get a 0 followed by a 1. We gather all the node output before sending the cycle signal.
